Hello! To anyone that might be reading this I am the owner of Cryptx.org.
I was actually a regular member of this website back in the 2000's. It was an forum run with a fair amount of activity.
After spending some time on the forum I became a mod, than admin, and then left. After that the website went through some "turbulent activity/ owners".
I found the URL for sale years ago and bought it. I'm still thinking about what I want to do with it, but for right now it's here to chat.
Compared to when the website first came out I'm now an old man in his 30's. I hope to possibly grow the forum a little and to have a handful of members here that enjoy the time spent without paywalls, advertisements everywhere, political drama, or any of the other seemingly never ending ways being online can exhaust you.
My admin style is, and has always been fun and fair discussions. I approve of disagreements if we can address them respectfully.

I'm going to slowly work on building Cryptx back up as a regular message board.
Why? Well honestly it feels like a good time to bring it back. I wanted to bring back a space that's not run by a corporation, or has crazy rules or staff.
My goal is to establish a small niche online community that you want to visit because things do move slower here. Going to be making slow improvements and changes as time goes on.
